With a huge network at his disposal, Mark has the ability to find horses that are not being marketed for sale – truly making ITS unmatched in its Bloodstock purchasing prowess.
Fee: 5% commission (+GST) on sale price.
Auction Purchases
Bloodstock auctions are complex, but Mark has the experience to simplify the process through a methodical manner. ITS applies the right methods to find the best options as well as ensure we bid with confidence and have the optimal chance of purchasing the target lots.
Fee: 5% commission (+GST) on sale price.
Stallion Sales & Syndication
ITS possesses the necessary management skills and unique protocols in the sales & syndication process to aid any owner. With past experience in multi-million-dollar deals, Mark will ensure that a successful colt can secure continued long-term success.
Fee: Negotiated on an individual basis.
Portfolio Management
When working with ITS, you can enjoy peace of mind knowing that your portfolio is in safe hands as we tailor our management package to meet any client’s needs.
Fee: Negotiated to meet your requirments
Valuations
ITS can provide an independent valuation service that may be required in an array of contexts. Our comprehensive valuation assesses the value of a horse or portfolio in the current bloodstock market by providing a full written report for each.
Fee: $300 (Plus GST) per horse with discounts for multiple horses and full portfolios.
Planning & Booking Matings
ITS ensures that the complex process of booking mares to stallions is streamlined. We guarantee the best price between farms and achieve the best possible terms for our clients. And, as members of the FBAA, the stallion’s owner will pay a 5% commission on the service fee so the client incurs no fee.
Bloodstock Consultancy
To help in achieve your long-term objectives with your investment, Mark and the team will provide independent and professional advice, as well as aid in the development of new objectives and strategies.
Fee: $1,500/day (+GST).
